Michael Ciccolini (and his mother in spirit) has done it again! All the Pasta Family books are so wonderfully funny, terribly wholesome, and always have a positive message at the end that you can't go wrong giving it to your 8+ favorite child (or to your favorite adult who has a great sense of humor and loves to laugh out loud). Never mind the fabulous cartoon characters that absolutely POP off the page with screaming bright colors and hysterical text. The characters for the most part are types of pasta, and the themes are friendship and family values. One of my favorite characters is Annaleenie, who is always positive all the time, and sometimes becomes a super heroine just because she cannot stand evil because she is full of goodness and real values that she learned at home. As someone who helped develop screenplays in the film industry, I have read thousands of books and screenplays. This series (23 books in all) is without question at the top of the best and funniest, and will no doubt become a cult classic.Product details

I liked the book a lot. A good book and a funny read with a musical number along the way. A little Ghost is being chased by Gouls and Sookrose the giand angry Candy Corn. He gets lost but keeps his faith in God when he sees a girl full of joy and knows that there was still hope. In other words God showed him a way out. As always Michael Ciccolini's sense of humor shines through in the latest Pasta Family adventure. Join Annaleenie and Lynn Gweenie and others on their adventure with the ghost, Sookrose and others. You won't be disappointed.
